2.The transaction is done in an online format.
We process all documents without your personal presence in the country.
All documents will be prepared, certified and sent to you for signature.
Transactions are absolutely clean legally, all documents will be confirmed by the relevant state structures.
3.Payment Arrangements.
If the object of purchase is under construction, payments are made in stages according to the approved schedule of interest-free instalments.
4.Reservation.
You can also book the property initially. A deposit of 1500 – 5000 GBP (depends on the property and the developer) is required to reserve the property. The property is then taken off the market. Then within a month, you can fly in and pay the remaining deposit or complete all payments online.
